The products you order from HOLLY STUART HOME are made just for you... and because they are made just for you, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The only exception to this policy is if your items arrive damaged upon receipt. In this case, in order to be eligible for a product replacement, your damaged item must be photographed in it original packaging and emailed to us for approval.
We package our products with loving care and ship via FEDEX. Should damage occur during shipping, we will ask FEDEX to pick up the package (in the original packaging) and return to us for inspection.
Once your damaged item is received we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return request. Upon approval, we will resend a replacement of same product.
A copy of the receipt for purchase must accompany your return. We do not accept damaged goods other than those purchased from our website.
